Who are we?

We have worked on corporate and cultural events, live music tours and festivals, theatre, television and film, sports and other major public events, permanent installations at museums, theatres, concert halls, club venues, hotels and retail stores. We collaborate with and support leading entertainment and event producers, designers and creative talents.

 

How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information about you when you contact us by phone, via email, visit our website or when you register to receive one of our newsletters (one newsletter for Finland, Sweden and Norway).


What type of information we collect from you? The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, IP address, and information regarding which one of our web pages are accessed and when.

 

How we use your information?

- to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and Bright

Personal Data retention periods

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as it is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is it set out in any relevant contract you hold with Bright.

Our standard retention period for personal data relating to customer relations is 5 years. After this, your personal data will be made anonymous or deleted.

 

Who has access to your information?

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

 

Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf

We may pass your information to our third party service providers, agents subcontractors and other associated organizations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf of Bright (for example to send you mailings).
